EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, damage, or alteration cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Fees

Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
All refund requests are subject to review and inspection.
Once the returned item is received, our team will review it to ensure it meets our refund requirements.
If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be transferred to the customer within 7 days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must either:
